4. Account & Access
Access is granted to the individual who purchases the Playbook. Your login link is personal and should not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorized sharing or distribution of login credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Playbook — including text, structure, analysis, and presentation — is the intellectual property of Ramy Khalil MD LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from the Playbook without express written permission. Personal use (including note-taking and bookmarking) is permitted.
6. Payment
The Playbook is a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We do not store your payment information.

8. Updates & Changes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
