Finnish sauna studies show a dose-dependent relationship between frequency and cardiovascular outcomes. Men using sauna 4-7 times per week had 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death compared to once-per-week users. The data is observational, not randomized, but the dose-response pattern and biological plausibility (heat stress, cardiovascular conditioning) make this one of the more interesting lifestyle interventions.
The full evidence review — including the dose-response curve that makes sauna one of the most interesting observational findings in longevity — is in Section 5 (Cold & Heat Exposure) of The Anti-Longevity Playbook.

Is sauna good for longevity?
Finnish studies show 4-7x/week sauna use is associated with 63% lower sudden cardiac death risk vs 1x/week. Observational, not randomized, but the dose-response pattern is compelling.
